My roommates enjoy making fun of my ‘lighting’ obsession at our parties.
Food, music, AND lighting all contribute to the vibe of a party. Any restauranteur or hotelier will raise their hand in support. I apply the same math to our bkyard. Pretty cut and dry.
Today, I read an article in the Times about ….outdoor lighting. Light “can make a big difference,” explains Steven Tupu. “Even a small amount of lighting,” he said, can “change an outdoor space in a really dynamic way.”
Tupu explains some cheap ways to make a big difference. I won’t be buying his steps that ‘float’ on light, but I can stop by Lendy Electric Equipment and Supply Company in Little Italy his favorite shop for inexpensive ideas.
